About Safe Care Trust International
Safe Care Trust International (SCTI) is a registered trust and a psychiatric and drug rehabilitation centre in Islamabad. Since 2014 our aim has been simple: quality treatment for people suffering from mental and addictive illnesses.
Our story
Founded to help the people who need it most.
SCTI was established in February 2014 and registered on 1st April 2014 under the Trust Act 1882. From the start, the trust set out to give the best possible treatment to people with mental and addictive disorders.
We want to help vulnerable people of our society, whether they live in the neighbourhood of SCTI or in the remote areas of Pakistan, at very little cost. Patients receive medication, counselling and psychotherapy, nursing care and recreational activities such as indoor games.
Our centre provides a continuum of care that bridges the gap between a hospital and home. We also use social media to raise awareness about mental health, everyday problems and life skills.

SCTI is listed as a member of the World Federation Against Drugs (WFAD). As a facility working for the betterment of society, our program is based on proven methods of alcoholism and addiction recovery treatment.
We provide a holistic, therapeutic approach that includes coaching, counselling, the twelve-step philosophy, group therapies and recreational programs.
