SCTI is established
Founded as a psychiatric and drug rehabilitation centre in Islamabad.
- 1 Apr 2014
Registered as a trust
Registered under the Trust Act 1882 as Safe Care Trust International.
- 2015 – 2017
First three-year plan
SCTI set a three-year plan with clear targets for treatment, family awareness and community outreach, listed below.

50-bed rehabilitation centre
A 50-bed inpatient centre for male patients with 24/7 medical staff and ambulance service.

Structured 90-day treatment
A three-stage program with individualised treatment plans and structured aftercare.

Listed as a member of the World Federation Against Drugs.
